Our New Office is Under Construction

We’re excited to announce that construction has started on our new office building in Menomonee Falls.

Ontech will be moving less than 2 miles from our current 1550 square foot Germantown location into approximately 5000 square feet in our new Appleton Avenue location in Menomonee Falls.

The former dentist’s office will undergo a comprehensive update and remodel before we move in.

Construction began Monday, February 16th with Jackie, our Office Manager, taking the first swing at the old walls.

Our goal is to move in May.  We’ll keep everyone posted and send out the address change when we are closer and have a solid date.

Available Second Suite Office Space

The building has a second suite with about 2500 square feet of office space plus 915 square feet of garage/warehouse space.

It is available for lease and can be built to suit a new tenant’s needs. 

The new building, at N85W16186 Appleton Avenue, is located just a few doors down from the Post Office.
