This is the third Mike we have added to our team and Mike Shepard has been in the IT industry for 10 years with an emphasis in software, database management, and network infrastructure. The continuously changing landscape of IT is what he really enjoys, and Mike is ready to assist in any way possible.

Our clients have always contacted their technicians directly. Of course, we will never prohibit contact between client and technician; however, we realize our technicians and clients are very busy and we want to address all questions and concerns as soon as possible, which is where Mike comes in. Our dispatcher serves as the “bridge” between client and technician to ensure all requests are dealt with as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Mike will take incoming requests from existing clients and coordinate with the technician to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Communication is critical in IT, particularly when you have an urgent request. Mike will communicate status and next steps to clients and follow up to make sure everything went as expected.
