Tech – Service Desk

Our service desk serves as front line support for our customer’s technology needs. Along with our Service Desk Manager, this group’s responsible for acknowledging customer requests, providing support, and escalating to appropriate teammates as needed. Our service desk team is a great entry point for newer technology professionals looking to grow their skills, work on a variety of issues, and assist in project delivery.

Tech – Hybrid

Our hybrid team is where the group begins to specialize a bit into security, cloud, systems administration and works both in the office as well as customers are their locations. The hybrid team is the first escalation point in most cases for our inside team and works closely the field consultants to support customers. Our hybrid team is a great fit for growing technology professionals that want to be challenged with a variety of different technology work.

Tech – Field

Our field team, or road warriors as we sometimes like to refer to them as serve as a primary consultant for their customers. This team works closely with customers to understand their unique technology needs and brings solutions to help solve business challenges. A strong consulting mindset and wide range of skills leads to a successful field personnel for Ontech. No two days will be the same.

Business Development

Our business development team members serves as the starting contact for prospective customers interested in working with Ontech. They work to qualify and progress the initial sales opportunity, working closely with our Technical Account Management team to ensure alignment between Ontech and prospective customers.

Technical Account Management

Our technical account managers serve as a key client liaison between our sales support, technical, vendors, and customers. They manage an assigned book of customers and own the relationship between Ontech and Customer. Our technical account managers are best suited for those with a background in IT but the communication skills of a consultant. Although technical is in the name, very minimal actually work but instead get to use your talents to help customer plan more strategically.

Sales Support

Our sales support team works with both our sales and technical teams to help deliver our platform and technologies to clients. They assist with quoting, billing, hardware procurement, agent request changes, etc. This team serves as an integral part to our overall service delivery. These roles require someone with great attention to detail to help navigate the complex challenges of licensing administration from a variety of services and products our clients consume.
