Infrastructure
Are switches and routers reliable and is performance acceptable? Are network connectivity needs being met? Any remove locations that should have access to shared resources on the organzation’s network?
Security
Does your business have sufficient virus protection? Are resources on the network properly secured or are they accessible by all staff? Is there a firewall and is it properly locked down?
Network Hardware
