Thanks to each of you for your hard work over this past year in getting our company up-to-speed with our technology needs!What a difference a year makes! Last year we heard so much complaining, frustration, and swearing… haha! Recently, while Steve and I were chatting, we realized, we don’t hear complaining anymore! Which in turn means people are happier and working more efficiently! That includes our phone system too! What a gem! Seriously, we are glad we found your company, glad we are working with you and glad you offered us the RIGHT solutions for OUR company! We are always here to be a reference, if you need!
Hi Mike and Mark,I am a firm believer of when a job is done well and exceeds expectations, that acknowledgment should be made to recognize the individual(s) responsible for this!!We identified a network connection issue that was randomly happening in April. Scott did some investigation and determined it could be a possible server issue. We continued to troubleshoot the issues that were happening, and agreed that we need to replace the servers. Within a matter of two weeks, we discussed our options, included disaster recovery components that needed to be built into the server, along with installing Vault to replace our current back-up solution, Mark came and presented this in English to the owner, and as of Monday, June 16, we have a completely functioning server.As a customer, you always expect the best of what you are going to be paying for, however, when it comes to computers to be integrated into an existing active environment and add the factor of Scott not being familiar with our agency management software, I had a few doubts of functionality etc. To our entire agency’s surprise, we did not have one urgent issue with our systems and the transition went flawlessly. This is due to Mark and Scott’s time spent with me discussing our needs, and also their high level of knowledge in their respective fields. Jared has done a great job so far with Vault and we look forward to that project being finalized in the next few days.Everyone involved has been a pleasure to work with and I appreciate their patience dealing with my million questions during this process. I just wanted to pass on these good words about your employees and I know Scott spends a ton of his personal time working on our issues, and although I don’t expect that, it makes solutions come about much quicker and for that we thank him!!!Craig has already given your company out as a reference, so thanks again and we look forward to our continued relationship!

With the entire IT world getting more complicated we knew we would need more support from Ontech and haven’t been disappointed. We have been using them as our consultants since they opened for business and continue to be impressed with their knowledge and quick response to our issues. They have someone in their support group to help with anything we come up with, including our manufacturing/accounting software. When our system goes down for any reason, they are able to help us get back up and running. I would (and have) recommended them to anyone looking for a great IT consultant company!
