TIMING

– New subscriptions purchased on or after 07/01/2026 will reflect new pricing

– Existing subscriptions will remain at current pricing until their next renewal

Business Standard: $13.13 → $14.70

Business Premium:  $23.10 → $23.10

Enterprise Plans (with Teams)

Office 365 E1:     $10.50 → $10.50

Office 365 E3:     $24.15 → $27.30

Microsoft 365 E3:  $37.80 → $40.95

Standalone & Add-On SKUs

Microsoft 365 Apps for Business: $8.66 → $10.50

Microsoft 365 Apps (Enterprise):  $12.60 → $14.70

Enterprise Mobility + Security E3: $11.13 → $12.60

Entra ID P2: $9.45 → $10.50

FEATURE UPDATES INCLUDED

As part of this update, Microsoft is adding additional value into many licenses, including:

– Expanded AI-powered Copilot experiences integrated into Microsoft 365 apps

– Copilot Chat enhancements, including inbox and calendar awareness and access to Word, Excel and PowerPoint agents

– Enhanced security features, including additional Defender capabilities

– Improved device and endpoint management through Intune enhancements

NOTES

– Standalone Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Copilot licenses are not impacted by this pricing update

– Government (GCC) pricing will be adjusted in line with commercial pricing

– Pricing shown matches what is currently published by Microsoft and is subject to change
